Speaking about tv shows.
Everyone has a show they just can't stand, it's the one you can't turn the channel fast enough when it comes on. For me it's Grey's Anatomy, I absolutely hate that show... uggh...barrrrff! I can't believe (or maybe I can) that it lasted this long. "Nurse please pass me the scalpel". "No doctor I won't, you slept with my friend Marcy and then didn't call her this morning", beep beep beep! "We are losing the patient" beep beep beeeeeeeeeeeep! "You need to make Marcy feel like a whole complete woman who has worth again or I'm not helping you".
Is it just me or is the Rosanne show better without Rosanne. I never liked her, I found her kind of gross, her voice was a little too sharp and whining. I think Sarah Gilbert, along with John Goodman and Laurie Metcalf can carry the show, I guess we will see how the ratings go. It's not a great show but funnier than a lot of programs already on.
December tomorrow already, then it will be Christmas and then all over again for another year, it feels like I just put away the decorations two months ago.

I quit watching the idiot box after "mystery science theater 3000" went off the air in 1999. I have missed nothing! vast wasteland indeed!
I can't stand Grey's either. But Just Us haS got to be my all time despised show. I am only down to four American shows I watch...Will and Grace, Murphy Brown, American Horror Story, and Gotham. I watch far more English and Australian tv on BBC.
I think the Roseanne show is better this year too!
Have never watched Grey’s. It has never called my attention. I still watch some shows though but mostly binge them on Hulu or Netflix. The Roseanne show is better without her, you’re right.
Yer preachin' to this choir on both shows!
I've never watched a single episode of Grey's Anatomy. I figured it would be a big soap opera, and I don't do soap operas. After reading your hilarious description, I can see that my instincts were right.
No television machine in this house but Netflix on the computer brings a lot of tv shows. The true test is binging. If you can watch four espisodes of a show in one sitting, it's pretty good. Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, Robot - all failed. So far, only Grace and Frankie, or Frankie and Grace, passed the binge and purge test!
I hated Grey's Anatomy too. I haven't seen the Roseanne show but I was over her a long time ago. I dislike most broadcast TV shows in the U.S. I find they are mostly schlock geared toward a demographic that does not include me.
I do not know why you are harshing on a nice educational show like Grey's Anatomy. Besides, somebody has to sleep with Marcy. She wasn't going to sleep with herself.
LOL as Mae West used to say "Well, they could have turned it off"
