Goodbye winter???

Well so we have already settled in for a long winter... umm probably back in November actually... but to be honest, it feels like winter came back in July.
We were having the usual snow storms blah blah blah, when all of a sudden, mother nature said, "yeah you guys are right, to heck with this winter garbage". Then she turned on the heaters and pressto we had spring again!

It reached plus 8.9 degrees Celsius here, plus ten in Ottawa. I was searching for my shorts. I ran outside to catch up on some outdoor chores, at plus eight I was enjoying working outside. Spring! Spring! Yaaaaay! Well at least for a day, mother nature soon got over her hot flashes and it dropped to well below freezing last night. I tried to start my old tractor this morning and she said, "oh hell no, you're on your own kid, I'm staying right here".

Anyway, a nice break from winter.

Who wears shorts when it is 8.9C outside?

It is cold as grawlix here and I don't like it one bit.

Love the barn!!!
And it's been snowing here and the nights are frigid. Today it'll go to 44F though. Weather is CRAZY.

XOXO

Why is it that after a long, cold winter, the first temperate weather we can go out in lighter clothes. But on the other end, after summer weather the first chilly day we break out the winter gear?

He just likes to romp around in the barn.

Oh the things you could get into, and out of, in that barn!

I kind of like your winter photos. Of course, I don't have to live under those conditions. I am not going to do the math on Celsius, it hurts my head. Off topic, sort of, when you find the maybe serial killer of your dreams, find out if he thinks your tractor's sexy. If so, go for it!

Huntley: Yes, Steven is a huge fan of barn romping.

Wow!! I know what you mean by "warmer" temperatures. To me 40s are shorts weather.
