Authentically you.

Lately I haven't felt like writing, I have been online a lot in other areas, on other sites. I actually hate "online" anything to be honest, everyone wants to be online regarding everything, especially lately with covid around. I can't believe all the people who contact me to be friends or to date me, I'm not interested in any type of online relationship, I want a real person with me, to hug, to cuddle, to kiss.

One thing that has become extremely clear to me over the last few weeks... is how much I admire and appreciate you guys. I'm so lucky to have gathered together such an authentic group of people. Very unlike most of the shallow people I usually come across every day stuck behind their computers. You may be my online friends... but in your cases, you are very real to me.

  1. Awwww, sniff. My authentic self just had popcorn and ice cream for breakfast. You can't get any realer than that! You are a sweetie, Stevie, and you are sorely missed when you're gone. Hugs, real ones. Not those barely there air hugs.

  2. If it were me (shameless),...I'd keep a list and distance of those who wanted to me for after Covid. Y'never know.

  3. LOl Jimmy has a point. everyone needs a vacation once in a while :). But I get what you are saying. I have settled to get someone to cuddle next too, but it is a settling I can deal with.

  4. Haha
I agree with Jimmy though. You never know if after COVID is over you’d like to see (or feel) more of them!
And it’s so sweet you feel we are your friends. I think we are. We tell each other shit we have told very few other people! You’ve read stuff in my blog very few people know about.
And take your time. We’ll be here.

    XoXo

  5. Steven,
I do think of you as a friend. Even though we have never met in person, I view you as a genuine and kind soul. And if we lived in the same place, I know we'd be "real" friends and not cyber friends.

  7. As one of your readers has commented already, we all need a vacation. I'm stuck in front of a computer all day long to do my job, I have grown to hate computers but it's bitter sweet. They keep me employed, help me find porn and of course help me blog & comment. There are times when I just want to get away. COVID has made computers & online presence more hyperpresent, today if you can't get on-line it could cause some problems like not being able to work, go to school, etc.

I'm with you in that I don't want an online relationship. If I find a guy online once it's pretty clear we match up then I will want to meet up in person. Of course thanks to COVID I am not presently not on any dating apps or even considering it. Having a guy right now would make the whole COVID thing a little bit easier or so I think.

    Take care!

  8. I've found so much support and comfort among my blog friends over the last couple of months! How I wish we could all meet up and spend a weekend having a huge party somewhere. If I ever win the lottery, I'll fly everyone in and pay for everything! :)

  9. Steven, you have assembled quite an online community around you. They really do care for you, they hurt when you hurt, they laugh when you laugh. Though I haven’t been around long, I would count you among my friends.
