When I get out of the shower or am changing my shirt, I really don't like what I'm seeing. I developed a little pot belly and worse are man boobs. I'm too skinny for man boobs, I guess it's an age thing. I don't really have the time to exercise properly but I should be doing that, after all I have no intention of getting a bra. I notice some older joggers, even though they have a great body, when they start running they often have saggy, swaying man boobs. Just as upsetting is my one asset, minus the "et", a once cute little butt is going flat, like a car tire that has been punctured. No wonder a lot of older people drink.

DeleteI work out three times a week for about an hour or so. Seems to be all I need. For now. I fear getting man boobs. Like you, I consider my pecs and ass two of three assets, besides my legs, among other things.

DeleteAh, the perils of getting older. I notice the same thing on myself. I have taken up yoga and that has helped somewhat, but unfortunately not enough!
ReplyDeleteMichael 54, many of the seniors around here have a great sense of humour. If I complain about getting older, they say yes it's no fun but it beats the alternative.
DeleteNo time for the gym? Push ups! The better tone you have, and the more lean muscle mass you can make the higher the metabolism and less fat all around including the chest.

Deletelol,lol,lol! Yes that was a promo we did about three years ago now for a drag show. All us queen posed with our hair, and toppless, but full paint. The picture always makes me feel happy.....a balance between male and female.
